Formby experiences worst
flooding in 30 years
Formby was hit by flooding on Monday night as very heavy rain swept across Sefton. Merseyside Fire and Rescue were called to 200 incidents across Merseyside. Two Formby residents experienced water rising to dangerous levels around their properties.
