Year 13 Attend an AQA A2 Examination Workshop at Liverpool John Moores University

Our Upper Sixth geographers attended an AQA examination workshop with David Redfern, a past Chief Examiner for AQA A2 Geography. David tours the UK delivering a motivational and highly useful workshop, which helps students to get to grips with the demands of the Geog 3 Contemporary Geography exam paper. Our students found the session intensive but very useful and they came away motivated to take up the challenge to really get to grips with the questions on the exam paper. Students agreed the command words in the questions on the paper were difficult to decipher and commented that the workshop had provided an insight into how to tackle the questions.
Well done to you all! A trip to the city and a taste of a University lecture whilst learning lots!
