Year 12 AS Geographers Visit the Slopes of Snowdon!

All of our fantastic AS students visited North Wales to investigate changes in the river characteristics downstream. Despite the day being long and the weather being damp, the students worked very hard to complete the investigation accurately.

The day was planned in collaboration with the Field Studies Council centre and offered very high quality fieldwork to our students.  Our guides Becky and Charlotte really helped to bring their knowledege of the area to the students.

Becky, Charlotte, Mr McGuinness, Mrs Blanchard, Mr Gallagher and Mr Milner were very impressed with our great students.  It was a very enjoyable day.  Go forth and 'think like a geographer' to really prepare for your upcoming two AS exams!!  Well done!
